Bought the DTV1300 13-inch Color Digital TV from Sansui over a year ago. Picture is still great,sound is good,no problems. I have this in my kitchen and like it so much I ordered a 19" Sansui for my bedroom. Highly recommend over LCD for both picture & sound quality(if u have the room).

Be advised: this is a CRT based TV - Anthony Close - Chicago, USA
I was interested in this product, but it turns out this is a CRT based TV, not LCD.
I didn't know that they still make CRT based TVs, based on the amount of room they take (12.5 inches in this case), power consumption, etc.
If someone is satisfied with a CRT based TV, more power to them (literally!), and they may rate it highly based on how it works. But I am giving it 1 star based only on the fact that Amazon does not disclose anywhere in its description that this is CRT based. Gimme a break, Amazon.

I purchased two of these units as monitors for some DVD recorders and they are marginal at best. The seller was fine -- no mark against them -- other than selling an inferior product. The picture quality is not particularly sharp, the colors are over saturated and even with adjustment still tear. Only purchase these if you don't need to watch the picture -- just use it for monitoring. I will probably keep them...but I don't have a lot of confidence that they will last very long.
Sansui/Orion does not stand behind their product - Chick Daniels - Virginia Beach, VA
Less than two years ago, I bought an Orion/Sansui TV. Less than a year later, it blew up. Was under warrantee, so they had to pay for it's repair. The digital board was shot among other things. Now less than a year after that, it blew up again. Called Orion assuming that the replacement parts from less than a year ago would also be under the same 1 year warrantee, but was shocked to discover they only put a 90 day warrantee on their replacement parts. So I told the lady very nicely that she could at least pay the to have my set looked at by the repair shop and she wouldn't do it. So I told her they were gonna lose one way or the other. I obviously bought a lemon, and they wouldn't stand behind their product, nor their parts. I told her she could help me out, or with my remaining 30 or 40 years on this planet I would tell everyone I know to NOT BUY ANY ELECTRONICS FROM ORION. I assured her that I would be certain to persuade enough people to not buy their product that they would be worse off than standing behind their product now. She chose this route:
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ORION. IT IS JUNK, and they will NOT stand behind their product.

This 13inch DTV has a great picture, great sound all the features you find on a larger set. It is easy to set up and for a kitchen or even a child's bedroom. It is a excellent TV.
